Private dog training lessons
Private lessons are designed for families who want personalized support and real-life results. Whether you’re working with a new puppy or addressing ongoing behavior challenges, private training allows us to focus entirely on your dog, your home, and your goals.
Who private lessons are for
Private lessons are a great fit if you:
Want training tailored to your dog and family
Are dealing with specific behavior concerns
Prefer one-on-one guidance over a group setting
Want to be hands-on while building the foundation of your dog’s training
We work with puppies, adolescent dogs, and adults, and adjust the training approach based on your dog’s age, temperament, and experience.
What to expect from private training
Training happens where it matters most. Sessions typically take place in your home, your neighborhood, or real-world public settings so skills transfer naturally into daily life.
During private lessons, we focus on:
Clear communication between you and your dog
Practical skills that apply outside of training sessions
Helping owners understand the “why,” not just the “how”
Building consistency and confidence for both dogs and families
You’ll leave each session with clear guidance and next steps you can realistically apply at home.
Training investment
Private training sessions are $100 per 60-minute session.
Most dogs make the best progress through a short series of sessions rather than one-off lessons. For that reason, many families choose a package option.
